It is important for an organization to have a strong ethical culture, and ERS is committed to encouraging ethical behavior among its staff as reflected in ERS’ policies and by requiring annual ethics training.

Fraud Policy

The purpose of this policy is to minimize the impact of all potential or actual fraudulent or illegal acts at ERS.


Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act


ERS complies with applicable Federal civil rights laws and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex. ERS provides language aids and services at no cost, such as: written information in other formats (large print, audio, accessible electronic formats, other formats), qualified interpreters and written information in other languages.

Open Records Policy

Gives you the right to access government records without providing a reason for the request. All government information is available to the public. Certain exceptions may apply.
