Getting vaccinated against COVID-19 is an important step toward keeping yourself and your family  healthy.

For help scheduling a COVID-19 vaccination, sign up with the new Texas Public Health Vaccine Scheduler. Learn about this new resource from the Department of State Health Services.

Customer Service is available by phone and email 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Wait times are lengthy due to high call and email volume. We appreciate your patience as we support members.
Members can do some activities themselves through their self-service ERS OnLine accounts and can get information about coverage by contacting the benefits plan directly.

Learn more about ERS customer service changes due to the coronavirus.
