Summer Enrollment

Summer Enrollment

for Active Employees and Retirees Not Enrolled in Medicare

Active employees and retirees not enrolled in Medicare will have the opportunity to enroll in new benefit programs or change current coverage for themselves and their eligible dependents in the two-week phase assigned to you. If you don't want to make changes to your benefits, you do not need to do anything during Summer Enrollment. Your current coverage will continue. Any changes you make to your or your dependents’ coverage will go into effect September 1, 2019.

If you’re not enrolled in Medicare, Summer Enrollment is your only chance to make benefits changes, unless you have a qualifying life event.

Retirees enrolled in Medicare will have the opportunity to make benefit changes during Fall Enrollment.
Your dependents’ enrollment period – summer or fall – is the same as yours, whether or not your dependents are enrolled in Medicare.

This page will be updated with Summer Enrollment information as it becomes available.
