State agencies and higher education institutions in the Houston area can coordinate to bring the University of Texas MD Cancer Center's Mobile Mammography Unit to the workplace.   To coordinate a screening at your workplace email wellness@ers.texas.gov.  For more information read our FAQs.

Participants are eligible if they:
  • are enrolled in HealthSelect of Texas or Consumer Directed HealthSelect planare between the ages of 40-74 years of age
  • have not had a screening within the past 12 months
To schedule an appointment call: (713) 745-4000. You will need to provide your
  • contact information,
  • insurance information and
  • your physician’s name.
