During its December 8-9 meeting, the ERS Board of Trustees will consider the following:

• Chapter 63: § 63.3 (Election of Trustees (Nomination Process)) is proposed to be amended to allow ERS to collect required signatures for potential candidates for election to the ERS Board of Trustees through an electronic process in addition to the current paper-based process and to allow for the use of personal identifiers other than social security numbers. § 63.4 (Election of Trustees (Ballot) is proposed to include a change to make the language consistent with § 63.3.
