Salary file reporting begins September 1 and ends September 30 at noon

Please submit all September 1, 2020 salary files to ERS by noon CT on Wednesday, September 30, 2020.
Send your employees’ salary files to ERS via Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP), even if there are no changes to your employees’ salaries. Review your agency’s error report and make the necessary salary corrections by 5 p.m. CT on September 30. You cannot make changes after that.
Please make sure you report updated salaries, so employees get appropriate coverage and are charged the right premiums.
