Contract Awards and Contract Extensions
Contract awards for all contracts, with the exception of auditors and the Discount Program, are made by ERS’ Board of Trustees (Board). Any contract being considered for award will be posted on the ERS website as a Board agenda item. In addition, ERS posts contract award notices to Texas’ Electronic State Business Daily. ERS also provides notice directly to the winning bidder(s). Contract extensions are decided on a case-by-case basis as determined by ERS.
