Current Opportunities
Janitorial Services RFP
Description: To seek responses from qualified entities to provide janitorial services for ERS’ existing building on the western half of ERS’ block and ERS' newly constructed building on the eastern half of ERS' block.
Date: The RFP was published on March 16, 2021.
Note: To access the RFP, please register with Bonfire. Mandatory pre-submittal site walkthroughs occurred from March 17 – March 30, 2021. The deadline for prospective Respondents to submit a request to attend a site walkthrough was March 29, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. CT. Proposals must be received by ERS no later than 10 a.m. CT on April 30, 2021 via Bonfire.
Medical Board Members and Psychiatric Physician RFQ
Description: To seek responses from qualified physicians to serve on ERS’ medical board and assist and consult with the medical board and ERS staff.
Date: The RFP was published on April 12, 2021.
Note: To access the RFP, please go to the Texas Comptroller’s Electronic State Business Daily. Responses to the RFQ shall be emailed to ERS’ procurement mailbox no later than 5:00 p.m. CT on May 3, 2021.
Audit Services for the Group Benefits Program, Deferred Compensation Plans, and Prescription Drug Program RFP
Description: To seek responses from qualified entities to provide audit services for the Group Benefits Program, Deferred Compensation Plans, and Prescription Drug Program (including the Medicare Part D Employer Group Waiver Plan).
Date: The RFP was published on April 27, 2021.
Note: To access the RFP, please go to http://www.txsmartbuy.com/esbddetails/view/19-10329-001. Interested vendors must first submit the Minimum Requirements Questionnaire (Appendix G) through ERS’ procurement mailbox no later than May 18, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. CT. Failure to timely submit the Minimum Requirements Questionnaire will disqualify a vendor from consideration. Responses to the RFP shall be emailed to ERS’ procurement mailbox no later than 10:00 a.m. CT on June 18, 2021.
