Actuarial Audit Services RFP
Description: The purpose of the RFP is to select a qualified firm to provide actuarial audit services to review the work of ERS’ insurance actuary.
Date: The RFP was published on January 8, 2025.
Note: To access the RFP, please register with Bonfire. Proposals must be received via Bonfire no later than 10 a.m. CT on February 20, 2025.
Texa$averSM 401(k) / 457 Program RFP
Description: The purpose of the RFP is to contract with a qualified third party administrator to provide the following services for the Texa$averSM 401(k) / 457 Program in accordance with Chapter 609.509 of the Texas Government Code: recordkeeping, communication, education, custodial trustee services, investment advisor, and participant investment advisor management services.
Date: The RFP will be published on or around March 6, 2025.

Board Meeting Management Service Request for Offers (RFO)
Description: The purpose of the RFO is to select a qualified entity to provide a fully hosted, cloud-based SaaS solution for the ERS Board’s meeting management requirements.
