Express Scripts is all set to take over as the new third party administrator of HealthSelectSM Prescription Drug Program (PDP).

Express Scripts and ERS will conduct three “Introduction to Express Scripts” webinars in December to introduce you to the company, understand the changes due to this transition, and introduce you to the plan’s new resources and contact information. Express Scripts will also give a tour of the new plan website and answer any questions you may have about this transition and your benefits beginning Jan. 1.

Who can attend?

“Introduction to Express Scripts” webinars are open to employees, retirees not enrolled in Medicare and their eligible dependents who participate in the non-Medicare HealthSelectSM PDP. You can attend one or all three. Register either from the links below or from the Events calendar on the ERS website:

The website will have several Plan Year 2024 resources. You can find Benefits-at-a glance, Plan Guide, Express Scripts formulary, Network Pharmacy List and Home Delivery brochure among others. You can also use the “Find a pharmacy” and “Price a medication” tools.

Contact Express Scripts about your prescriptions and benefits beginning Jan. 1 toll-free at (800) 935-7189 (TTY: 711) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Until Dec. 31, continue to contact OptumRx toll-free at (855) 828-9834 (TTY: 711) for plan information and questions about claims. Don’t forget to keep using your OptumRx-issued ID cards at pharmacies through Dec. 31, 2023 and to switch to the new card on Jan. 1.
