If you’re a HealthSelect of Texas® medical plan participant, including Consumer Directed HealthSelectSM, you can use the BCBSTX App to access your Blue Access for MembersSM account from your smart phone or other mobile device, 24 hours a day.
You can:
- find an in-network doctor, hospital, urgent care center or mental health care provider,
- check the costs and quality of doctors and services covered by your plan,
- view the status or details of a claim or
- access your digital medical ID card.

Text BCBSTXAPP to 33633 to get a link to download the BCBSTX App, or visit the app store for your mobile device.
Log in to the Blue Access for Members secure online participant portal using your existing user ID and password, or you can use it to register in three easy steps:
- Fill out the required fields on the first screen of the app.
- Fill in your personal information.
- Verify that everything is correct and click the “Link” button.
